Job Role : Senior Analog Design Engineer
Location : Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)
Type : Permanent
Detailed Description :
You will spearhead the design, development and optimization of mixed-signal SoC whose AFE sits at the heart of our next-generation sensing platform.
You will work in a fast-paced startup environment, driving end-to-end analog circuit design . We seek a highly motivated individual who thrives on solving complex problems independently and is eager to make a significant impact in a growing organization. Acting as the analog / mixed-signal technical lead, you will transform high-level product goals into a tape-ready IC while partnering closely with the wider cross-functional team
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, simulation, and validation of low power and high-performance AFE circuits for sensor interfacing and impedance measurement systems.
- Develop low-noise, high-precision analog circuits, including amplifiers, ADC, DAC, filters, and signal conditioning components.
- Architect and implement mixed-signal systems, collaborating with digital and firmware teams for seamless integration.
- Set technical direction for a small analog team, review critical circuits and layouts, coach junior designers, and coordinate with test, packaging and applications groups to keep milestones on track.
- Present progress and trade-offs to leadership, suppliers, and strategic customers; own technical risk registers and mitigation plans.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience level from 4+ years to senior level.B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. With 8 + years of hands-on analog / mixed-signal IC designAt least one end-to-end AFE, data-converter, or precision-signal-chain tape-out where you held primary technical ownership.Deep command of low-noise amplifiers, PGAs, ADCs / DACs, references, and on-chip power blocks; fluent with mainstream EDA flows (Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Calibre).Familiarity with mixed-signal design and interfacing with microcontrollers.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and technical responsibility across the full product lifecycle.Nice to Have :
Experience with low-power design for battery-operated systems.Knowledge of sensor technologies (e.g., MEMS, piezoelectric, or capacitive sensors).Familiarity with regulatory standards for sensor-based systems and functional safety (e.g., EMI / EMC compliance, AEC-Q100, ASIL-B / D, IEC 60079-0 and IEC 60079-11, ISO 61508 (which is similar to ASIL ISO 26262).
