Senior Business Analyst - Financial Services

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Finacle Core Banking and Payments systems to join our Financial Services practice. You will act as a vital bridge between business teams and technology, driving digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into detailed BRDs / FSDs and user stories.
• Serve as a Finacle SME, managing payment modules (NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, IMPS, UPI, etc.) and supporting configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Coordinate UAT and testing cycles, ensuring timely defect resolution and stakeholder sign-off.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams for smooth project execution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within payment workflows while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO20022).
• Mentor junior analysts and uphold project documentation quality and consistency.
