Your role will ensure that team members are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to consistently deliver world-class guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of service and cleanliness across all our properties.About You- Minimum 3–5 years of hospitality operations or training experience (hotels, resorts, homestays, or training institutes).- Arm force, Military, Navy Background is a plus.- Develop and deliver effective training modules for teams specializing in housekeeping, guest services, and villa management.- Collaborate with Villa Managers and Stay Experience Managers to identify skills gaps and design tailored training interventions for specific property needs.- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance evaluations, participant feedback, and direct observation.- Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, guest service protocols, and villa management best practices.- Ability to train blue-collar and fresher workforce using simple, practical methods.- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.Bonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them!- Experience with On-Ground Training in Remote or Multi-Location Setups.Key Metrics : what you will drive and achieve- Training Effectiveness Scores.- Reduction in Guest Complaints.- Training Coverage Rate.Our Core Values : Are you a CURATER?Curious : Here, your curiosity fuels innovation.User-Centric : You’ll anticipate the needs of all our stakeholders and exceed expectations.Resourceful : You’ll creatively optimise our resources with solutions that elevate experiences in unexpected ways.Aspire : Keep learning, keep growing—because we’re all about continuous improvement.Trust : Trust is our foundation.
