Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC and Robotic Engineer for a Lithium Battery Project. The position is located in Gujarat and Pune. The day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing robotics and automation systems, analyzing and improving existing processes, writing and testing software code for automation systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. The engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the automation systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Experience in battery technology or similar fields is a plus

1.    Component selection and BOM generation.

2.    PLC / HMI / servo programming (based on equipment flowcharts).

3.    On-site commissioning and customer training.

4.   Issue reporting and cross-functional resolution.

5.    Electrical documentation / program archiving.

6.   Collaborate with mechanical team on electrical solutions.

Qualifications :

1.  Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Instrumentation / Controls

2.  Preferred : Siemens TIA portal PLC / Ether CAT / Ethernet / IP experience.

3.  3-5 years in non-standard equipment commissioning.

4.   Strong communication and analytical skills.

5.   Accountable, adaptable to overtime / travel.
