Primary Responsibilities

The Fundraising Consultant will play a crucial role in driving Parinaam Foundation's fundraising and communications efforts. This position requires a dynamic professional capable of working strategically and operationally to support the organization's mission. Key responsibilities include :

• Execution of Fundraising and Communications Strategy : Implement and manage Parinaam's overall fundraising strategy in alignment with organizational goals. Support the design and execution of communications initiatives that strengthen the Foundation's visibility and credibility among diverse stakeholder groups.
• End-to-End Fundraising Support : Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities, both nationally and internationally. Engage potential donors through meetings, presentations, and networking events. Draft compelling proposals, manage documentation, and ensure timely submissions to secure funding for the organization's programs.
• Donor Management and Reporting : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors. Coordinate with internal teams to gather program data, insights, and impact stories. Prepare and deliver comprehensive donor reports, facilitate regular updates, and organize field visits for donors to showcase the Foundation's work on the ground.
• Engagement with Diverse Donor Groups : Actively engage with a wide range of donors, including corporates, trusts and foundations, grant-making organizations, family foundations, and individual retail donors. Tailor communication strategies to different donor segments to enhance engagement and retention.
• Innovative Fundraising and Communications Ideas : Collaborate with the team to explore new and creative approaches to fundraising and communications. Identify opportunities for digital campaigns, partnerships, and other initiatives that can increase visibility and funding potential.
• Brand Building : Strengthen Parinaam Foundation's brand presence through consistent and high-quality digital media engagement. Enhance the quality of content, including photographs, videos, and written materials, to effectively communicate the organization's mission, programs, and impact.
• Campaign Planning and Execution : Design and implement both online and offline campaigns to raise awareness, engage stakeholders, and generate support for the Foundation's programs. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
