About the Role

We are looking for energetic and analytical MBA freshers who are eager to build a career in technical implementation client onboarding and solution delivery . The role involves working closely with clients understanding business requirements and supporting end-to-end implementation of our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions as per client requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product QA Support) to ensure smooth project delivery.

Understand business workflows and map them to system functionalities.

Provide training support and documentation for clients during onboarding.

Analyze data prepare reports and support project managers in execution.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate resolutions.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of implementation tasks.

Requirements

Required Skills

MBA in Operations Systems IT Business Analytics or related fields.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.

Basic understanding of software systems workflows or technical concepts.

Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or any technical tools (added advantage).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
