The goal is to become the trusted connector between HireWing and hiring teams in their network. This referral-based role offers full flexibility, ideal for agency recruiters, HR consultants, or anyone with strong ties in the hiring ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

• Introduce HireWing to their HR and recruiting network
• Show hiring teams how AI-driven matching and bias-free hiring can transform their process
• Guide new users toward demo requests and onboarding
• Provide valuable feedback to help refine the platform
• Work independently and earn based on successful referrals

Ideal Candidate :

Recruiters, HR professionals, and consultants with active hiring networks are encouraged to apply. This opportunity is also suited for those who enjoy recommending solutions that solve pain points, clear communicators, and self-starters seeking a flexible, performance-based opportunity.

Preferred Background & Experience :

Applicants with SaaS / HRTech / recruitment tech sales background and experience selling to small & mid-sized businesses, staffing agencies, recruitment consultants, and startups are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits :

This commission-only partner role : earnings depend on clients referred and onboarded. Transparent, performance-based payout structure with commission scales and visibility into referral impact and client status.
