Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CMF (Color, Material, Finish) & ID (Industrial Design) Designer role based in Gurugram, India. The CMF & ID Designer will be responsible for conducting research to identify material trends, creating and managing color and texture designs, assisting in ideation and prototyping, and ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetics and innovation goals. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to translate creative concepts into functional and market-ready designs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) design, along with an understanding of surface textures and patterns
• Expertise in Industrial Design, product styling, and 3D design tools
• Proficient in creative research, innovative design thinking, and conceptual development
• Experience in prototyping techniques and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail, aesthetic sensibilities, and familiarity with consumer electronics
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Familiarity with global design trends and cultural nuances, especially in the Indian market
