Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain healthy relationship with critical customer contacts
- Understand customers’ business challenges and support them through Remedinet offerings
- Help customer adopt Remedinet offerings and be the customer advocate within Remedinet
- Create value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a “success plan” with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
- Maintain a data driven approach to problem solving, client engagement and technical project delivery.
- Stay informed with market perspective and client’s feedback to contribute in defining product roadmap
- Engage with stakeholders in the client organization to produce research outcomes and impact metrics
- Develop and steer brand building activities using client stories to strengthen Remedinet’s position in the market
What you Need :
Good experience and understanding of the healthcare market, preferably with TPAs10+ years of experience in Program ManagementProven track record of working with government institutions or implementing government-led initiatives.Experience in IT and tech product implementation and deliveryExcellent customer handling skillsStrong communication skills in English and TamilStrong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detailExcellent in interacting and handling different stakeholdersVery high level of drive, business ownership & business orientation
