Job Description & Summary : A career within Data and Analytics services will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. We focus on a collection of organisational technology capabilities including business intelligence data management and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation growth and change within their organisations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. We make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data understand and navigate risk and help our clients gain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities :

Lead the AI Analytics and Data portfolio for large accounts Lead the client engagement for AI and analytics for large pharma clients Build new businesses in Analytics and Data with new and existing client accounts Own client relationships delivery excellence and P&L for key accounts Collaborate with global stakeholders to shape industry-specific offerings and accelerators Mentor cross-functional teams of data scientists engineers and consultants Represent the firm in industry forums thought leadership and client workshops Contribute to practice growth through talent development innovation and IP creation

Mandatory skill sets :

Deep experience and domain knowledge in pharma and experience in at least one other domain Proven success in leading large-scale transformation programs and managing senior client stakeholders Proven success in delivering strategy projects in the pharma domain Experience in driving AI / Agentic AI programs with large clients Strong understanding of cloud platforms data architecture and AI / ML lifecycle Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience in managing teams and businesses for large accounts Experience in working with GCCs of multi-national clients

Preferred skill sets :

Experience in regulatory frameworks for pharma Experience of working with global clients with teams across time zones Experience of managing cloud migration projects
