People Tech Group is looking for a seasoned Senior MDM Specialist with strong expertise in Reltio to join our team in Hyderabad . This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Master Data Management solutions to ensure data quality, governance, and integration across enterprise systems.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM solutions using Reltio for critical data domains.
• Configure and customize Reltio workflows , match / merge rules, and survivorship logic.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define data governance policies and standards.
• Perform data modeling , data integration , and data quality management .
• Develop and maintain API integrations and cloud-based MDM solutions .
• Monitor and optimize MDM performance , ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
