Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior UI / UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while also considering user experience aspects. As a Junior UI / UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to translate requirements into engaging user experiences and compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for iterative design improvements.
Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design assets.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI / UX design.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of design documentation.

Qualifications :

At least 1 years of relevant experience is a must

Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in UI / UX design principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Knowledge in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must
