We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Windows internals and image customization for embedded or controlled systems. The role focuses on building, configuring, securing, and deploying Windows 10 / 11 images, minimizing traditional C++ / C# development work.

The role focuses on building, configuring, securing, and deploying Windows 10 / 11 images, minimizing traditional C++ / C# development work.
Responsibilities
- Configure Windows components : Settings, Control Panel, File System, Registry, and Local Group Policy.
- Build and maintain reference images using Sysprep, Unattend.xml, and Windows ADK.
- Deploy and manage images via MDT, WDS, or SCCM.
- Integrate drivers, updates, and patches using DISM and Microsoft Update Catalog.
- Configure and manage security features such as Secure Boot, BitLocker, WDAC, UWF, and Firewall.
- Automate setup and deployment processes with PowerShell scripting.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using Event Viewer, Perfmon, and Resource Monitor.
- Resolve driver, USB, and communication-related issues.
- Manage Windows licensing and activation (Retail, OEM, MAK, KMS).
- Follow Microsoft’s troubleshooting and support workflows using diagnostic tools and KB resources.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows 10 / 11 image creation and deployment.Required Skills
Deep understanding of Windows internals, registry, GPOs, and security configurations.Proficient with Sysprep, ADK, MDT, WDS, DISM, and PowerShell.Solid grasp of Windows security hardening and performance tuning tools.Preferred Skills
Prior experience in embedded, medical, or industrial system environments preferred.Optional exposure to C# / C++ for Windows application development (API, architecture, object-oriented design).Knowledge of Visual Studio IDE, SDKs, Device Drivers, and Kernel-level components is a plus.Apply on :
