We bring together deep expertise across hearing care, product, and engineering to tackle one of the most overlooked problems in healthcare. We’re combining modern software and generative AI to empower providers and patients with tools that improve outcomes and reduce friction at scale.

What You’ll Do

As our Frontend-leaning Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a core role in shaping the experience of both clinicians and patients. You’ll drive web and mobile product development using React and React Native, while also contributing to backend services and AI-powered features.

• Create intuitive and delightful web and mobile products for clinicians and patients using React, Next.js, and React Native applications from scratch
• Integrate custom generative AI features into user-facing products
• Contribute to backend development and APIs when needed
• Shape our frontend architecture, best practices, and developer experience
• Influence the engineering culture and help set the technical roadmap
