We're seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert to lead the charge in sourcing and onboarding top-tier Media Buyers and Account Managers who drive client success and campaign performance.
- Own full-cycle recruitment process for Media Buyers and Account Managers
- Develop sourcing strategies across platforms and industry-specific communities
- Write compelling job descriptions and recruitment content reflecting high-performance culture
- Screen, interview and assess candidates for culture fit, technical ability and alignment with mission
- Coordinate hiring processes with internal leadership and hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Provide seamless candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment metrics and improve hiring funnel efficiency
