🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions —data integration, transformation, ontology modeling, and workshop development.
  • Architect and implement scalable data pipelines, workflows, and validation frameworks .
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Optimize Foundry models and workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability .
  • Provide technical leadership , mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
  • Integrate Palantir Foundry with external systems (Snowflake, APIs, cloud platforms).
  • Troubleshoot complex data ingestion and transformation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards.
  • Document architecture decisions, processes, and solution workflows.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years in Data Engineering / Analytics
  • 5+ years hands-on with Palantir Foundry
  • Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data pipeline development
  • Experience with ontology modeling, workshops, Foundry APIs
  • Understanding of data governance, quality, and integration best practices
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms : Snowflake, AWS, Azure
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale projects
