We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer who doesn’t just design — you define the creative vision. You’ll be the brand’s visual storyteller, leading concept-to-execution journeys that wow audiences, stop thumbs mid-scroll, and leave lasting impressions. If you can merge big-picture thinking with pixel-perfect execution — while mentoring others to level up their craft — we want you on our side.

What You’ll Do

Lead with Vision : Drive the creative direction for campaigns, social media, ads, web / app interfaces, brand decks, and more — ensuring every output is strategic, stunning, and on-brand.
Shape Brand Identities : Build, refine, and evolve the visual language.
Mentor & Collaborate : Guide junior designers, inspire cross-functional teams, and work seamlessly with copywriters, marketers, and video editors.
Push Boundaries : Bring innovative concepts to life, experimenting with formats, trends, and creative technologies.
Add Motion (Bonus) : Create animations, transitions, or micro-interactions that amplify engagement.
Stay Ahead : Monitor design trends, industry shifts, and audience behaviors to keep our creative edge razor sharp.

What We’re Looking For

Experience : 4+ years in creative / visual design (agency, startup, or in-house), with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.

Portfolio Power : A strong portfolio showcasing both brand-building and performance-driven creative work.

Tools of the Trade : Adobe Creative Suite & Figma mastery (bonus : Canva speed for quick-turn assets).

Design Fluency : Exceptional typography, layout, color, and composition skills.

Creative Leadership : Ability to provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and inspire teams to deliver their best.
