B) Location

Andheri West, Mumbai

C) Role Description

Manage and process orders across all e-commerce platforms
Handle customer queries, emails, and communication professionally
Update order details, inventory records, and daily / weekly reports
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatches
Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
Track, follow up, and resolve order-related issues
Support order management activities, including Sales Orders and Purchase Orders

D) Qualifications

Good English communication skills (verbal & written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

Highly responsible, organised, and detail-oriented

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in e-commerce operations is a strong plus

Familiarity with Sales Order Processing, Purchase Orders, and Order Management

Ability to coordinate and track orders efficiently

Prior experience with ERP or relevant software tools is desirable

E) Salary

₹2.4 – 3.6 LPA (based on experience and skills)
