PIQUOTA - Senior Software Engineer - Odoo

Job Summary :

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of custom Odoo applications and modules.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Odoo framework, particularly the Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and the development of robust, scalable data models.

You will be a key player in leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring our Odoo solutions align with business objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules, with a specific focus on building and updating models and their relational fields to meet complex business requirements.
• Lead the development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and ongoing support.
• Customize existing Odoo modules and integrate third-party applications using APIs to extend functionality.
• Optimize database performance by designing efficient data models and writing complex queries in PostgreSQL.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in Odoo, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features, versions, and development best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all development projects.
