Job Overview

This is a part-time freelance opportunity for a digital content growth specialist to help scale content and community in the luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space. The ideal candidate will have experience with creators or brands in these industries, be comfortable analyzing performance metrics and turning them into actionable creative ideas, understand the Indian and UAE luxury consumer mindset, and have helped scale accounts with viral content.

Analyze Performance Metrics : Track key indicators such as retention graphs, follower vs non-follower engagement, hook drop-off %, and identify what's working.

Content Strategy : Develop optimizations to improve retention and virality across Reels.

Creative Packaging : Assist in scripting and packaging content (hooks, captions, formats) in ways that maximize saves, shares, and reach.

Trend Mapping : Identify trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments in India / UAE relevant to luxury audiences.

Growth Guidance : Provide data-backed strategies to consistently achieve high viewership numbers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have :

• Experience with Instagram Insights and analytics tools.
• Ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive growth.
• Strong understanding of the Indian and UAE luxury consumer mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
