About The Opportunity

A mid-sized private hospital and healthcare services provider operating in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, delivering patient care across multiple clinical specialties. We focus on hiring frontline clinical and allied-health talent to ensure high-quality care and operational excellence at our on-site facilities.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for hospital roles (doctors, nurses, technicians, allied health, and administrative staff) for the Kanpur campus—on-site role required.
• Source and engage candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals, and targeted Boolean search to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct structured and behavioral interviews, coordinate clinical assessments, and short-list candidates for hiring managers.
• Partner with department heads to define role profiles, compensation benchmarks, and time-to-fill targets; drive timely offer creation and closure.
• Manage ATS updates, maintain candidate records, and ensure timely communication and background verification coordination.
• Support onboarding and induction processes, ensuring a smooth transition for clinical hires and compliance with hospital policies.
