About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to craft compelling visual stories that amplify the campaign’s voice and connect deeply with audiences across Punjab. The ideal candidate will have a sharp editorial sense, strong technical skills, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-impact videos optimized for multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, speed, and an understanding of both digital storytelling and socio-political communication.

Years of Experience Required : 2–3 years

Type : Work from Office (Mohali / Chandigarh)

Language & Cultural Requirement :

The candidate must have a strong understanding of Punjabi culture, idioms, and local aesthetics to ensure videos resonate authentically with regional audiences. Proficiency in Hindi and English is also essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Editing & Post-production Excellence

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for digital, social, and offline campaign use.
• Ensure storytelling, pacing, and tone align with campaign strategy and audience sentiment.
• Create multiple video formats — short-form, long-form, reels, interviews, and event recaps.
• Add graphics, motion elements, subtitles, and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement.
