Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Mainframe Senior Developer with 7–15 years of design & development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in CICS, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL, and ISPF, along with excellent communication skills. Prior exposure to PYRUS software and Vision Plus is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and implement complex mainframe solutions using COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and JCL.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Enhance, optimize, and maintain existing mainframe applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and provide production support when required.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Prepare technical documentation for design, coding, and testing activities.
