Job Description :
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for our Nutritional Food & Snacks products in the Noida / Gurgaon region. This role involves managing both General Trade and Modern Trade channels, building strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Primary & Secondary target achievement for the defined area
- Monthly sales planning & forecasting, considering retail sales
- Build multiple channel management from initial stage at multiple locations
- Effective cost management
- Aligning with Annual Operating Plan
- Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
- Close engagement & working with distributors & customers to drive sales
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration from a reputable institution, with a specialization in Sales & Marketing.4-7 years of experience in sales with mid-size / large companies in the FMCG sector, preferably with experience in Dry Fruits & Nuts or Food Snacking.Proven track record of success in both General Trade and Modern Trade.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to business development.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about driving sales growthKey Interface
