Senior Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Copado to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce implementations, DevOps automation, CI / CD processes, and environment management using Copado.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions while ensuring streamlined deployment and release management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using best practices.
• Manage end-to-end CI / CD pipelines and release processes through Copado .
• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Automate deployment, testing, and data migration processes across environments.
• Perform code reviews, configuration audits, and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Manage Salesforce environments, sandboxes, and metadata alignment.
• Define and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control and branching strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards within Salesforce and Copado.

We are open to considering candidates from Bangalore or Pune who are comfortable working shift hours that overlap with the EST time zone, in a hybrid setup with 3 days a week in the office.
