Assistant Manager Production

Job Description Duties and Key Responsibilities Aggregation Centre and Project Management : 1. Network with various companies, vendors and stakeholders to identify right source of good quality raw materials in loose / bale form (Polyolefins- HDPE and PP) 2. Manage segregation of scrap (Loose or Bale) based on quality standards 3. Manage site level production teams to ensure production as planned 4. Suggest go-to-market strategies for sales (recyclers and manufacturers ) 5. Work with partners to value add the feedstock - to either washed flakes or granules 6. Create a market for different items of Phugga (Polyolefins- HDPE and PP) 7. Manage factory compliance and P&L
