Position Summary
Involves all aspects of implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions through the project life cycle from requirements gathering to go-live and on-going support.
You will :
Provide support and guidance to business users
Contribute towards solution design
Create functional and customisation design documents
Assist with configuration and data migration
Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
Essential Roles & Responsibilities
Support the ongoing roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) across all countries in the Claranet Group
Support business users with their day-to-day D365 F&O tasks and responsibilities
Understand the functional capabilities and limitations of out of the box functionality
Identify customer requirements and match them with D365 F&O capabilities
Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without customisations
Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Keep up to date with Microsoft continuous release plans and recommend appropriate new functionality when it becomes available
Key Competencies
Deep functional knowledge of D365 F&O Finance module & Project Management and Accounting (PMA)
Able to apply functional knowledge to practical scenarios
Experience of customised solutions to complex business problems
Ability to communicate clearly with global colleagues (mainly Europe)
Demonstrable consultancy experience
Strong working knowledge of business processes and ER framework
A logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Excellent attention to detail
Skills Required
Relevant Microsoft certification
Requires 5+ yrs of experience as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant
PMA (Project Management and Accounting) Module implementation and support
Fluent in English is a must
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Qualified Accountant / MBA (Finance) desirable
