We’re Hiring : Senior Project Management (PD)

💼 Experience : 15+ years | PMP & Scrum Certified | Agile Expert

Join us to lead and deliver groundbreaking software development projects in the medical device field. We're seeking a visionary leader with a blend of technical expertise, Agile methodology know-how, and strategic program management skills to bring high-impact technologies to life.

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive end-to-end project delivery with full accountability for timeline, budget & scope
  • Create and execute detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource management
  • Lead cross-functional teams through Agile ceremonies (Scrum, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
  • Remove impediments and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
  • Analyze velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics to improve team performance
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication and deliver executive-level updates
  • Manage project documentation, including Design History Files, SharePoint updates, and DHF maintenance
  • Champion continuous improvement and adoption of best practices across teams
  • Support Core Team meetings : agendas, minutes, project updates
  • Lead multi-site, multi-cultural engineering teams effectively
  • Prepare audience-specific reports, presentations and status dashboards
  • Ensure high standards in engineering practices including CI / CD, testing, and coding excellence

🔹 What You Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience with 5+ years in software project leadership
  • Expertise in Agile & SDLC; experience with enterprise software or mobile apps
  • Solid knowledge of Project Management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Visio)
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
  • Experience in regulated environments with quality systems and design controls
