Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Telesales Specialist with Dubai based co., based on-site in Zirakhpur,Punjab. The Telesales Specialist will engage with potential clients to promote and sell the company’s products or services. Key tasks include managing outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the specialist will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide high-quality assistance.
• Proven experience or aptitude in Sales and Customer Support to achieve sales targets and handle client queries effectively.
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to customers regarding products or services when required.
• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Comfortable with using CRM systems and related sales tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;

prior experience in telesales or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
