SAP SD Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant to join a high-impact spin-off initiative focused on separating and re-establishing core business processes for a newly formed entity. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) , strong project execution skills, and the ability to manage complex business scenarios involving interfaces, data migration, and system reconfiguration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SD solutions.

Analyze business processes and provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices.

Configure SAP SD components including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Shipping .

Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, FI, ABAP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.

Provide post-implementation support and resolve SAP SD issues.

Develop and maintain project documentation such as functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.

Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration , or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in the SAP SD module .

Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP SD implementation .

Strong understanding of integration points with SAP MM, FI, and other modules.

Proven proficiency in SAP configuration and customization .

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP SD certification .

Experience with both SAP ECC and S / 4HANA environments.

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies .

Experience in global rollouts or multi-country implementations .
