About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp and motivated intern to join the Founder’s Office at Defy Aerospace. This is not a typical internship; you’ll get exposure to real business challenges, strategic thinking, and execution across multiple functions. If you have a solid foundation in business concepts and are hungry to learn by doing, we want to hear from you.
This internship comes with the opportunity for a full-time role based on performance and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching and drafting business proposals, pitch decks, and internal strategy documents
- Support go-to-market planning and outreach activities for new business verticals
- Work on internal coordination and help track cross-functional projects
- Conduct market and competitor research to support decision-making
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up trackers for founder-led initiatives
