Job Title : Siebel Senior Developer

Locations : Hyderabad & Bangalore

Experience : 6 - 10 years

JOB SUMMARY : The Siebel Senior Developer is responsible for the design, configuration, customization, and support of Oracle Siebel CRM applications. This role involves hands-on technical development across multiple Siebel modules and ensuring solution quality, scalability, and performance. The developer collaborates with architects, business analysts, and testers to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Siebel Development & Customization - Develop and customize Siebel objects including Applets, Views, Business Components, Business Objects, and Workflows.

• Configure Siebel Tools for requirements such as scripting, UI configuration, and integration.
• Implement Siebel eScript, browser scripts, and server components.
• Develop Siebel Workflows and Business Services as per functional specifications.

2. Integration & Data Management - Implement and support integrations using Siebel EAI, EIM, and Web Services.

3. Performance & Quality Assurance - Conduct unit testing and peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

4. Maintenance & Support - Provide production support for Siebel applications, resolving defects and incidents.

5. Collaboration & Documentation - Work closely with architects, analysts, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications : -

6–10 years of experience in Siebel CRM development.

Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Deliverables : - Configured and customized Siebel components.
