Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Relationship Management :

• Expected to manage interactions with cross-functional internal teams and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Understand clients' business goals and objectives to develop tailored performance marketing strategies.
• Should possess the ability to collaborate and communicate confidently with C-suite client stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
• Present and communicate complex performance data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Collaborate with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and align marketing strategies to achieve these targets.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients on leveraging AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of performance and operations specialists to consistently deliver client objectives at the highest quality standards.
