Dynamics 365 HCM Solutions Architect

Job Description : ͏ We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O HCM Lead Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This senior-level role is responsible for driving strategic HCM transformation initiatives, providing expert guidance to clients, and leading project teams to successful delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Serve as the primary HCM subject matter expert for clients, advising on best practices, business process improvements, and industry trends.
• Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth of team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute HCM transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Design and configure modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Service.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal consultants.
• Support business development activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards within HCM solutions.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and process automation to maximize ROI for clients.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing support for live D365 F&O HCM environments
