About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior MERN Developer who’s deeply hands-on and thrives in fast-paced, multi-project environments — someone who can architect, code, and mentor in equal measure. You’ll work across multiple client projects (web apps, streaming platforms, dashboards, etc.) and lead a small team of 3–4 engineers, ensuring delivery excellence and technical quality across the stack.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of multiple projects simultaneously — from architecture to deployment.

Write clean, modular, and high-performance code across Node.js, Express, React / Next.js, and Type Script.

Manage and mentor a small team of engineers (3–4), conducting code reviews and guiding technical direction.

Collaborate with UI / UX, Dev Ops, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery.

Contribute to technical architecture, CI / CD setup, and cloud deployments (AWS / Vercel / Render / Cloudflare).

Work on reusable libraries and components for internal and client products.

Participate in sprint planning, client calls, and internal reviews — owning accountability for deliverables.

Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and integration issues across backend and frontend.

Requirements

5–8 years of professional experience in full stack development.

Agency or consulting background preferred — ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.

Deep expertise in Node.js, Type Script, React / Next.js, REST APIs, SQL / No SQL (Postgres, Mongo DB).

Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns (microservices, monorepo, CI / CD pipelines).

Experience with AWS, Cloudflare, Docker, and basic Dev Ops workflows.

Prior team leadership experience managing 2–5 developers.

Strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills.

Must be open to relocating or working from Mumbai.

Experience with Prisma and Redis

Nice to Have

Exposure to Ticketing and high transaction platforms.

Familiarity with Agile and client-facing project delivery.
