Country Human Resources Manager

Role & Responsibilities :

Translate the company's overall strategy into local HR initiatives. This includes forecasting workforce needs and planning for hiring and employee growth.

Create and implement country-specific HR policies for areas like attendance, leave, and conduct, ensuring alignment with both global company standards and local regulations.

Oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, from defining job descriptions for engineering roles to managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Develop succession plans and identify high-potential employees for leadership roles within the country.

Plan and oversee training and development programs to address skill gaps specific to the engineering sector.

Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, including gathering 360-degree feedback and ensuring fair evaluation processes for all staff.

Manage the pay plan and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive within the local market to attract and retain top talent.

Oversee the payroll process to ensure accurate and compliant calculation and disbursement of salaries.

Ensure all HR activities and policies adhere to the country's employment laws and labor regulations.

Candidate Profile :

10+ years of experience in HR management, with specific knowledge of the engineering or manufacturing sector, is essential.

Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data analysis is expected.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to act as the primary link between management and employees.
