We offer a travel services career opportunity to candidates with strong skills in sales, ticketing, and operational support.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing passenger name records, queue placements, and ticketing with all required elements. They will also handle end-to-end ticketing operations, including refunds, exchanges, voids, insurance sales, and fare reissues.
Key responsibilities include utilizing advanced global distribution systems and new distribution capabilities to issue tickets, process refunds, and optimize fare solutions. Accurate calculation of manual reissues, partial refunds, and fare differences is essential.
The successful candidate will manage escalated or urgent cases, conduct regular ticket quality checks and reporting, and maintain operational accuracy and compliance.
Required competencies include proficiency in at least two global distribution systems, strong understanding of fare construction, knowledge of contracts, commissions, and tactical fare actions, and expertise in Microsoft office.
Behavioral competencies include strong verbal and written communication skills, results-driven approach with a focus on client conversion and service quality, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
