- Strong skills in tendering, bid management, and GeM portal bidding is a must .
- Experience preparing RFP / RFI responses and proposals.
- Ability to deliver demos and sales presentations to government teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills across public sector departments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue software opportunities in the government sector.Manage tenders, bids, and all related documentation.Lead GeM portal bidding and track new opportunities.Analyze requirements and coordinate with technical teams.Prepare RFP / RFI responses and techno-commercial proposals.Deliver product demos and presentations to government clients.Build and maintain relationships with key officials.Collaborate with internal teams for submissions and closures.Track government IT trends and upcoming opportunities.
