Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing high-quality service. Daily tasks include managing online support requests, assisting with technical support issues, and working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Maintaining professionalism and a customer-first approach will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Experience in managing Online Support and hands-on Technical Support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
Adaptability to a dynamic, on-site working environment
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is preferred
