Job description

Our fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist. That’s an impressive title — but what does it really mean? We’re looking for someone who can own our HubSpot CRM. Not just send emails or run campaigns, but truly manage the system that powers Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.If you live and breathe workflows, automations, data integrity, and dashboards, this role is for you.

If you’ve only used HubSpot for email marketing, this probably isn’t the right fit. We need someone who truly knows HubSpot inside and out — from automations and integrations to reporting and CRM management.

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of HubSpot CRM — structure, workflows, lifecycle stages, and properties
  • Build and maintain automation that connects HubSpot with other systems (via API, Zapier, or native integrations)
  • Create dashboards and reports that help leadership understand sales performance, customer retention, and revenue trends
  • Improve processes for lead routing, deal tracking, and customer handoffs
  • Train team members on how to use HubSpot efficiently and maintain clean, accurate data
  • Continuously optimize CRM operations to make our revenue engine run smoother

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM (Sales, Service, and / or Operations Hubs) for SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, and data management
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with other tools (Zapier, Make, APIs)
  • Solid grasp of reporting and dashboard creation
  • Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
