Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Perform body repairs on buses, including dent removal, welding, and panel replacement.
• Carry out painting and surface finishing for both exterior and interior bus components.
• Install, repair, and maintain bus windows, doors, and structural body parts.
• Prepare surfaces through sanding, priming, and coating application to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Mix and match paint colors accurately to achieve precise color consistency.
• Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company repair procedures at all times.

Requirements

Diploma or certification in Automotive Body Repair / Painting. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Bus Body Repairer / Painter. Demonstrated expertise in metal repair, painting, and body modification. Advanced skills in bus body repair, panel beating, and welding.
