Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Article Assistant who is currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy and has cleared both groups in Inter . The role offers hands-on experience in core areas of auditing, taxation, accounting, and compliance , providing a strong foundation for a future Chartered Accountant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in statutory and tax audits of companies, firms, and individuals across various industries.
- Conduct internal audits, bank audits and prepare audit documentation as per standards.
- Support in the preparation and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS returns, and GST returns.
- Handle bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and reconciliation tasks.
- Assist in compliance and regulatory filings with ROC, MCA , and other authorities.
- Work on research assignments and support in drafting opinions on taxation and accounting matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and work papers as per firm protocols.
