Systems Associate - Open Enrollment (TRV)

Systems Associate - Open Enrollment is responsible for supporting Open Enrollment, including system configuration, functionality, and troubleshooting for existing and new HRIS systems and / or PEO software.

You will be responsible for managing benefits renewal and benefits system issue cases reported through the CRM.  You will be responsible for reviewing the cases, following up with the appropriate teams for missing information, and ensuring the resolution in a timely manner.  You will assist the Open Enrollment team with configuration, escalated setup requests or general inquiries related to benefits setup.

• This position requires a detailed individual who is committed to providing the highest quality benefits experience for our clients.

You must have strong analytical skills and be very thorough and methodical.          Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Provide support for Open Enrollment by analyzing data received from various teams (sales, client relations and implementations) and determining setup needs for new, existing and / or PEO software Provide support to internal team and assist in resolving configuration issues Troubleshoot system issues as received in CRM system Understand project scope, timelines, and milestones Provide status reports and updates utilizing internal tools Find creative solutions to help clients with their long-term needs       PrismHR is a fast-paced SaaS company which provides customers with a cloud-based payroll process software application.

PrismHR also provides professional services including system implementation consulting, custom configurations, and training.

Lastly, via the Company’s Marketplace platform customers and end users access other human resources and employee benefits applications from PrismHR’s Marketplace Partners.
