As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the charge in Industry 5.0—where human-centric innovation meets intelligent growth. you're not just overseeing deals—you’re steering market expansion, building high-performing teams, and forging lasting partnerships that shape the future.

We believe every new OEM partnership is a story of innovation waiting to be told. We're seeking a Business Development Manager who can uncover these stories, understand the hero's journey (our OEM partner), and position our technology as the crucial turning point.

We’re looking for visionary leaders who can navigate emerging ecosystems, build strategic alliances, and drive growth across regions in the era of hyper-personalized, sustainable, and AI-powered industry.

Guide the entire sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our new partners.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop rich desktop applications using C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core , and WPF .

Implement MVVM architecture for scalable and maintainable codebases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI / UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.

Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.

Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party components.

Develop and maintain reusable WPF components, custom controls, and templates.

Participate in code reviews , debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.

Ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and UI consistency.

Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process and technology enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related field.

4+ years of professional experience in C# and WPF application development .

Strong understanding of MVVM design pattern and data binding.

Proficiency in XAML , LINQ , Entity Framework , and async programming .

Experience integrating with REST APIs and database systems (SQL Server preferred).

Familiarity with Git , Azure DevOps , or other version control systems.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of UI / UX design principles and application performance optimization .

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to code quality.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to new technologies.
