Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant

Experience : 6 - 8 Years

Job Location : PAN India

Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant with 6 to 8 years of overall experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Tracking module. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of time tracking solutions and ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Good experience in manage end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking module.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide expert guidance on time tracking best practices.
• Configure Time Management features including time types, time valuation, work schedules, holiday calendars, accruals, and absences.
• Integrate Time Tracking with SAP EC (Employee Central) and other third-party payroll / time systems.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of time-related processes.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements or integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
