Role Overview
- We're hiring a dynamic Sales & Bidding Specialist who can lead from the front, somebody who understands online bidding, drives a sales pipeline with discipline, and delivers revenue with confidence.
- You'll own the end-to-end sales cycle, set targets, and ensure consistent month-on-month growth..
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Manage online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar portals.Own the lead-to-close process : prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, negotiation, and closure.Build and maintain a healthy client acquisition pipeline; conduct regular pipeline reviews.Develop data-driven sales strategies to meet KPIs (win rate, AOV, cycle time, retention).Track, measure, and report performance using CRM dashboards and weekly reviews.Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align proposals, timelines, and deliverables.Run regular sales stand-ups, training sessions, and performance reviews.Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales + online bidding for digital marketing or IT services.Strong understanding of sales funnels, client acquisition, and negotiation.Excellent written & verbal communication, proposal and SOW writing skills a plus.Comfortable working with CRMs, bidding portals, and performance dashboards.Target-driven mindset with the ability to take quick corrective actions.Nice-to-Have
