Role / Job Title : Regional Head, Corporate Liability
Function / Department : TBG-Corporate Liability Sales
Job Purpose : To directly managing a portfolio of Corporate Liability Clients. Work as a SPOC for Digital Partnership Team Pan India representing TBG & be responsible for Digital Partnership Projects assigned.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Regional Head directly managing a portfolio of Corporate Clients to acquire and build CASA & FD, CMS, FX, Trade & DCM Fees, additionally cross sell Saving Accounts and Corporate Salary Accounts
- SPOC for Digital Partnership Team Pan India representing TBG for Complete CMS solutions along with Account Opening.
- Taking an introduction from Digital Partnership Team and further coordinating for Intro, Account Opening and Complete Solutions Offering to the partner to ensure
- Digital Partnership related requirements are prioritized and fulfilled well
- Get Partner to start Primary Banking with IDFC FIRST Bank and
- SPOC for all matters including Escalations for three teams
- Client ii) Digital Partnership Team and iii) TBG
- Product & Project Manager, directly responsible for Digital Partnership Projects assigned, to ensure they Go Live from first stage
- Preparation of PAC Approval Note
- Coordination and consensus with multiple teams to ensure partner Go Live - Compliance, Operations, Collections and Disbursement Recon Team, ORM, Risk, Product, Escrow Product, IT, Credit Policy, colleagues in Digital Partnership Team, Finance, respective TBG colleagues including the mapped RM. Additionally, be responsible for Regulatory Pendency if any, Client escalations, BAU service requests, Compliance and Franchise Risk if any.
Education Qualification
Graduation : Any graduate
Post-graduation : Any post-graduate
Professional Qualification / Certification : Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience : 10 to 18 years of relevant experience in corporate liability sales.
