Job descriptionBuild, nurture, and manage vibrant online communities across all platforms. Ensure fast, professional, and empathetic communication with the audience. Proactively foster brand advocacy through conversations, collaborations, and UGC. Conceptualize and execute organic and paid social campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Drive influencer collaborations, partnerships, and interactive initiatives (contests, giveaways, polls, etc.). Analyze platform performance, audience behavior, and campaign ROI using native and third-party analytics tools. Present actionable reports and insights for optimization and scaling. Stay updated with platform algorithm updates, emerging trends, and cultural moments. Integrate relevant trends creatively into the content strategy.
