Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers and Linux administrators to achieve project and operational goals.
  • Architect, implement, and manage scalable Linux-based infrastructure on AWS using core services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and more.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker to support microservices deployment.
  • Define, implement, and enforce DevOps best practices including security, monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
  • Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting of complex production issues.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, including documentation of infrastructure, runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, audit requirements, and industry standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide transparent progress updates.

Skills :

  • 6 years of Linux system administration and AWS experience with deep troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading DevOps teams and   projects.
  • Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and others.
  • Proven skills in building and managing CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • Expertise in automation and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Shelli Script).
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Solid scripting ability in Bash, Python, or equivalent languages.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security best practices, and cloud architecture principle         Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
