Role Summary : Cult91 is looking for a dependable and proactive Admin & HR Executive to manage day-to-day operations, team coordination, and administrative functions.
The role is central to maintaining discipline, efficiency, and communication across departments while supporting the Founder’s office in smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities : Human Resource Responsibilities Manage attendance, leave tracking , and monthly payroll coordination .
Handle recruitment and onboarding – posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and completing joining formalities.
Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and exit documentation .
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports .
Assist in performance tracking, appraisal documentation, and compliance .
Organize team activities, meetings, and engagement initiatives .
Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
Administrative Responsibilities Oversee office and store administration , including housekeeping, maintenance, and supplies.
Manage vendor coordination, AMC renewals, and service contracts .
Handle travel arrangements , reimbursements, and logistics coordination.
Maintain office inventory, stationery, and asset registers .
Ensure timely documentation, filing, and record management.
Support Founder Office in event coordination, internal communication, and reporting .
Skills & Qualifications Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in combined HR and Admin roles (fashion / retail / startup preferred).
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
